This morning on FOX Daytime At Nine I shared the subject of BEAUTY SUPER FOODS. I also shared many wonderful new things that are buzzing in my beauty world. Here are some of the highlights from today!

If you watched today’s show then you may go cry now that you learned all our favorite cupcakes and fried foods accelerate the aging process. The goods news is by changing a few eating habits or adding some omegas and antioxidant rich foods you can withstand the signs of aging.

I also announced that I will have an expansion on today’s subject of BEAUTY SUPER FOODS in the next NSIDE TEXAS Magazine as I am now their new beauty contributor. It is with great pleasure that I will be bringing Texas some of my beauty advice, tips and tricks through this wonderful people focused and community oriented magazine. Keep a look out for this article in their next publication available for purchase at over 200 Kroger & HEB locations all over Texas!

Their next infamous monthly mixer is at PIATTIS at Elian this upcoming Wednesday, August 13th. For more details or to RSVP add them on Facebook of course!

I also announced that I have expanded and moved my salon/spa THE OXYGEN ROOM & BEAUTY BAR to a 3400 square foot space at 1100 Broadway in Suite 100. We are currently increasing our teams of artists and technicians and look forward to a grand opening very soon! This is in the same building as my makeup workshop studio, THE MAKEUP BOX (Suite 310) where I teach the public instructional makeup classes.
