The Makeup Box
THE MAKEUP BOX is a beauty studio created by San Antonio based makeup artist and industry expert, Alicia Guevara. Our studio is located on the corner of Jones and Broadway inside Jeffrey Truitt Photography Studios. We are one block from the river walk and the San Antonio Museum of Art.
Our workshops are held monthly and taught in a classroom setting with professional instructors. Classes are available in both English and Spanish. Our goal is to provide the perfect ambience where makeup application can be learned, cultivated and improved. Through years of experience in makeup education, we have brought San Antonio the best workshops, artist instruction and tools needed to improve on your skill level. We have a diverse lineup of workshops from beginner to advanced that teach various subjects such as self application, airbrush, theatrical, special effects and many other advanced themes. We also offer one on one makeup instruction for those that want to learn in an intimate, private setting at their own pace.
